Read the 41-count alleged election fraud indictment against Donald Trump and others

WASHINGTON − Former President Donald Trump was indicted for the fourth time Monday by a Georgia grand jury on conspiracy charges of trying to steal Georgia's electoral votes from President Joe Biden after the 2020 election.

Trump, a 2024 presidential candidate, already faces two federal indictments and one in New York. He has pleaded not guilty in each case.

The former president called the Georgia investigation politically motivated. On Monday, Trump’s presidential campaign issued a statement blasting Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis as a “rabid partisan” and accusing her of interfering with the 2024 presidential campaign.

The Georgia grand jury filed a 98-page indictment with 41 charges against Trump and 18 additional defendants.
